Recently, WalletHub came out with the financial statistics of smoking per state. As in - how much does ONE person smoking cost themselves and the state? Well, it turns out its A LOT. Comparatively, Missouri is on the cheaper side of this - coming in at the #3 lowest cost/per smoker at just over $1.7 million bucks. In D.C., that number is $3.3 million.
