I have never had anything repo'd before. Not that I haven't deserved it a time or two. I do know some people who have, as well as some people who have the job of doing the taking. It's not just a thankless job... it's downright dangerous sometimes. But not this time. Unless you think crying in your cubicle at work is a dangerous.
This repo man, just outside of St. Louis, recently had to repossess the car of an elderly couple who were in financial crisis. Upon taking the car, he "didn't even make it down the block" before pulling over and deciding to help. Here's what happened:
