Earlier today, Glendale High School held their "Flock Together" event, a symposium on mental health that was devised by their students parents and faculty. My wife, who is the Assistant Director of Behavioral Health at Jordan Valley, was asked to come give a presentation to the students about "healthy relationships."
I decided to crash it. And it was a blast.
But, before we gave the presentation, we worked out the kinks last night in a live video on FB. The results were an informative and funny look at what a healthy relationship should look like, as well as a great example of why its always a good idea to practice before doing anything.
