Finally, a study that shows moms why we're SO tired at the end of the day... because you didn't already know that, right?
According to a new study being a mom is like working 2.5 full-time jobs! The survey of 2,000 American moms finds their average day goes from 6:33 a.m. to 8:31 p.m. -- 7 days a week! Sounds about right, doesn't it? That's 98 hours a week! And those surveyed say they get, maybe, an hour a week to themselves. That also sounds about right.
But think about this: that doesn't take into account the time you take with kids who DON'T sleep through the night or if your kids are sick.
They also didn't do a survey to see how many hours it takes being a dad. I wonder why (cough, cough).
So here's the real question... What are you doing to take care of yourself?
