On Tuesday afternoon in Jacksonville, Florida, someone was driving along Normandy Boulevard when he noticed a jet ski in the right lane.
The zippy watercraft wasn't being towed by a car; rather, it was being driven along the road by a man wearing a a tank top, backpack and helmet.
That man turned out to be 23-year-old Trey Yarbrough, who explained to News4Jax that he'd modified the jet ski with a Honda scooter engine and wheels, and that it was "street legal."
