SHARE THE LIGHT 2024: Presented by Mr. Electric
This holiday season, we invite you to join us in an act of generosity that can truly make a huge difference in our community. On Saturday, December 14, we’ll be collecting donations at the Battlefield Mall parking lot (2825 S Glenstone, across from the Brentwood Center) for this year’s SHARE the Light event. Swing by between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. and donate with cash, card or check.
Your participation in Share the Light supports Project SHARE, an initiative that extends a helping hand to those in our community struggling to cover their utility bills. City Utilities of Springfield partners with Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) to distribute Project SHARE donations to those in need. Every dollar you contribute directly aids those in need right here in Springfield. That means, 100% of every donation gets to a local family in need.
If you can’t make it to the event in person you can still be part of the magic.
And of course, tune in to any Springfield iHeartRadio station, where we’ll be broadcasting live, sharing the heartwarming stories and the impact of your contributions. You can also consider rounding up your utility bill to the next dollar each month or make a simple donation.
